Developing my career from my initial training as Yoga Teacher, I have been able to work from the core of bodies to build a deep understanding of individuals both inside and out. I strive to work with clients on a level specific to them irrespective of their experience, age, injuries, and/or abilities. Whether developing mass, training for an athletic event, generally building confidence in your body, improving your cardiovascular fitness, seeking fun and variation in your training or just simply wanting to explore your body through Yoga and Massage is your goal. I find huge enjoyment in supporting you in finding and achieving your potential through the careful blend of nutrition and both physical and mental training that reflects your individuality.
