TSD LAL & CO. formerly Thomas, Stoll, Dias & Co., a partnership was founded in February 1966 by the Late Wilfred Goulding Stoll, FCCA, CCH and its professional services commenced from that date. 

On 31 May 1978 the firm became a Member of Touche Ross International and on 11 September 1991 its name was changed to Deloitte and Touche.

On 31 December 2009 the firm became An Independent Correspondent Firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT).  The firm is an approved ACCA employer at the gold level.
