Originally started as a two-man operation, Caribtrans now has a staff of over 100 professionals stateside and abroad. In January of 1999 Caribtrans leaped forward by acquiring ABC International Freight, another respected and successful consolidator. Uniting the best from the two companies has allowed us to take full advantage of this acquisition and offer even better service and value. Our road feeder system and diverse relationships with the steamship lines also allow us to offer our customers hassle-free shipping from anywhere in the United States and Canada all the way through to the final destination.
 
Our information systems have taken years to develop. Caribtrans owns and operates a state of the art Advanced Series IBM AS 400e computer system, which was updated to a faster and more capable processor in January 2001. This system enables our customer service representatives to monitor your shipments from the time they are received until the moment it is delivered at final destination. The system will be further developed to offer our customers more information via our website and the internet. Extensive customer oriented reports were designed exclusively for the customers' use and information. We offer our customers "that little extra effort" which separates us from the rest. If you need something done YOUR WAY, all you have to do is ask and we will be more than glad to help.
 
We are not a nine to five company. We work hard to ensure that our customers' needs come first no matter what the situation may be. We do realize that without our customers we would not exist. Service is the essence of our existence and the definition of Caribtrans.

The program was founded by Mr. Eric Clapton on the beautiful island of Antigua, West Indies. Residential and outpatient services are provided within a Twelve-Step framework while integrating key complementary therapies to provide a whole person approach to treatment and ongoing recovery.

Away from the daily distractions of everyday life, our physical environment is one of peace and tranquility which offers our clients a safe place to begin the process of recovery. In addition to our alcohol and drug rehabilitation program, our services include: intervention referrals, aftercare planning, transitional living residences, and an integrated family program. 
We are here to help individuals and their families whose lives are controlled by alcohol, drugs or other compulsive behaviours – Helping them to make the changes necessary to find new health, a new sense of well-being and a new life of recovery.

Our tranquil and intimate 5,000-square-foot spa sits apart from the rest of the resort just feet from the sea. All four treatment rooms have wide-open views over the water to distant Montserrat, Cades Reef, St. Kitts, Nevis and Redonda.
